From being greeted with sparkling wine to the delicious breakfast spread, I felt truly pampered. The team went above and beyond with their warmth and excellent service.

The only downside was the lack of fresh orange juice at breakfast. it felt odd in such a citrus-rich region. Overall, still a great experience!

Our stay at the hotel was filled with disappointment. The room showed signs of water damage, which was unsettling. We were misled about the parking situation and had to park on the street most of the time, which added to our frustration.

The hotel’s decor was elegant and inviting, with spacious common areas designed for comfort. I particularly appreciated the accessible layout that made it easy for seniors like myself to navigate without any concerns.

It had a lovely kitchen area. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the mall and port. we especially loved the exceptional service from the staff, always helpful and caring. the hydro-massage pool was a great touch and really made our relaxation time special.

Dining here surpassed expectations, particularly with the world-famous seasoned fries that left us craving more. Even though some guests reserved sun beds early, finding a great spot by the pool was never a hassle, allowing for a relaxed vacation. Our short time here was filled with wonderful memories. we will certainly be back.

Amazing hotel, amazing service, with an excellent dining experience featuring a variety of delicious meals in a clean and spacious room equipped with a flat-screen TV, as well as great amenities like a spa and indoor swimming pool. it's conveniently located just 20 km from the airport.

Just spent a night, and wow, the staff were super helpful. Our room was top-notch, super comfy bed and trendy decor. The buffet had tons of options, especially for snacks. The only thing was the pool area felt a bit crowded at peak times. But that didn't really ruin our fun!
